Soshigaya Art Festival 2006

November 12, 2006, one more year in the International Student House, the Soshigaya Art Festival took place. A lot of fun, food, music, dances, everything in one single place from all around the world. A extraordinary experience where in one day we can forget our cultural, traditional and religion differences and everyone was part of the same family, the international family!

At the beginning we start with the food stalls, where we taste different food from around the world; to continue with a lot of art exhibitions, principally Japaneses ones, like ikebana, shudo, karate and other from around the world like capoeira; at the end we enjoy a wonderful and well organized festival with dances and presentations showing some traditional and cultural dances from countries far away or as close as Japan.

Where did you take that pic?

Thanks to the team of Google (and also some programming skills) now I can give you a localization with a Google Map in may gallery, do you allways want to know where are the places of the pictures on my gallery? or just look arraund and see which places I liked?

Anyway, I also added some pictures of Europe, enjoy it!

Mexico lindo y querido!

Pues de nuevo escribiendo, ahora a mi regreso de mi viaje a Mexico, donde tuve la oportunidad de pasar un par de semanas en compañía de mi familia, amigos y sobre todo tuve la oportunidad de visitar algunos de los lugares que más me gustan del país, comer la comida que tanto extrañaba (a quien no! unos taquitos, unas flautas, salsa, chile, quesadillas, enchiladas, carnitas, mole, etc. etc. mmmm!) y descansar un rato.
